Follow We are seeking a driven and experienced agricultural professional to join our team as CSVC (Crop Science and Value Chain) / Agronomy Lead. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader ready to take ownership of production performance, strengthen grower relationships, and contribute to sustainable agricultural growth across both small-scale and commercial farming operations. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to advance their leadership career while making a tangible impact across the agricultural value chain. Lead delivery of contracted leaf production targets in line with business plans Manage integrated production and marketing systems to ensure operational efficiency Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and key stakeholders Support and drive sustainability and ESG initiatives across the production value chain Oversee departmental resources and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field 5–10 years’ experience in agriculture or agribusiness, including supervisory or management exposure Strong technical agricultural knowledge (tobacco experience advantageous) Proven ability to manage teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver operational results Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems
