Follow Our client, in the Insurance Industry, is seeking a Credit Controller to join their team in Lusaka. We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced professional to join our client’s team as a Credit Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing premium collections, maintaining accurate client accounts, and ensuring effective credit control processes are in place. Collect premiums from clients and ensure timely receipting. Accurately allocate and reconcile payments against client accounts. Issue premium reminders and generate client statements regularly. Monitor outstanding premiums and maintain an up-to-date aged receivables report. Build and maintain professional client relationships while ensuring adherence to payment obligations. Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience (insurance industry experience is an added advantage). Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel. Proactive and highly organised. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Accountable and commercially aware. Confident communicator with a solution-focused mindset. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
