Follow The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the corporate customer portfolio, orienting them to the company products, responding to enquiries, providing information that helps them in making purchasing decisions ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining maximum profitability. It also entails sourcing for potential customers and bringing them on board. Summary of Key Responsibilities: Maintain strong relationships through regular calls and site visits. Develop, analyze and report sales statistics on number of potential prospects, traffic number of leads, number of quotes, number of sales, number of lost sales etc. Take the lead in the creation of tyre marketing activities and awareness to increase coverage and growth among them, launches, presentations and trainings. Act as a consultant to recommend the best products for each customer’s specific needs. Proactively seek feedback, resolve complaints quickly, and collect customer testimonials. Keep clients updated on new products, services, and industry developments. Representing the company in trade shows and joint marketing activities with other company brands and / or external partners including making presentations at such forums. Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors Identify new business opportunities through market research and referrals from current clients. Increase sales by cross-selling additional products and highlighting their benefits. Build and maintain detailed “fleet profiles” for all current and potential accounts. Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new customer needs. Help develop the company’s sales strategy and provide semi-annual sales forecasts. Submit weekly reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and progress to management. Manage credit control functions to ensure timely payments. Required Skills and Competencies Focusing on customer needs and exceeding expectations. Persuading and influencing skills Excellent problem-solving skills Good organisational and interpersonal skills Primary Areas of Accountability: Bachelor’s degree in a Business-Related Discipline; Sales and Marketing Must have a minimum of 3-4 years in Sales, Customer Service and Marketing in the automobile industry and tyres Corporate Sales and Marketing experience in Tyres will be an added advantage Experience in Sales and Marketing of International Tyre Brands (Goodyear, Pirelli and Michelin Hankook, Continental, Bridgestone, Dunlop, Firestone, Apollo) will be an added advantage Must be willing to travel at short notice Proven knowledge of automobile mechanics and tyres Must have a valid driving license
