Follow WE’RE HIRING: CONTROL ROOM OPERATORS Reports To: Control Room Inspector SECAMA, part of the Afrisec Group, is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Control Room Operators to join our dynamic team. • Monitor convoy movements using GPS and surveillance systems • Respond to incidents and escalate when necessary • Maintain accurate reports and logs • Communicate effectively with field security teams and security personnel • Diploma in Security Management, IT, or related field • Experience in a control room, dispatch, or security environment • Experience in a similar role (GPS tracking experience is an advantage) • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Willingness to work shifts (including nights & weekends)
