Follow The Community Facilitator will coordinate the implementation and monitoring of project activities in the assigned regions/towns. Summary of Key Responsibilities: Support head office staff organize meetings and field visits Assist with supervision of contractors Schedule and confirm appointments with district and sub-district partners Required Skills and Competencies: Exposure to participatory community engagement approaches Good communication skills especially interpersonal skills Primary Areas of Accountability: Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Social Work, Development Studies or Social Work Must have experience in community development and community engagement Preferably based in respective location of application with own accommodation (either Siavonga or Kafue)
