Follow WE ARE HIRING | CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE Richmond Finance Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships within the financial services sector, we would love to hear from you. Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a client-facing role within the financial services sector. Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with CRM and Loan Management Systems (LMS) will be an added advantage. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Results-driven and proactive mindset. High levels of integrity and professionalism. Commitment to responsible lending practices. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
