Follow Coptic Hospital is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Cashier. Receive and process payments from patients and clients. Issue receipts and accurately record all transactions. Handle cash, card, and other approved payment methods. Reconcile daily collections and submit accurate reports. Maintain proper records of all financial transactions. Assist patients and clients with payment-related enquiries. Ensure compliance with hospital financial procedures and policies. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications & Requirements:Stream History Documentaries Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage. Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment. Good numerical and record-keeping skills. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information. Good computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office being an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy. Must be a team player with a professional and courteous attitude. Verification of all qualifications by ZAQA is required.
