Sharpen and clean knives and operate cutting machinery. Displaying produce in windows or cabinets. Maintaining cleanliness in the work area, assisting with customer service, and ensuring proper labeling and display of meat cuts in the store. High school diploma or equivalent. Butchery production certification. 1–2 yrs of experience in butchery production. Basic knowledge in butchery food preparation. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Physical fitness and ability to work at heights. Candidate should be medically fit. Skills, Abilities, Knowledge, Licenses, Certifications Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stay calm and focused. Supervisory skills – ability to train Employees to use time efficiently and to be uncompromising regarding service delivery.
