Follow The Business Support Executive provides cross-departmental operational and administrative support while serving as the Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The role ensures efficient workflow, scheduling, and coordination of the CEO’s and company’s activities. Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (Primary) and dotted-line support to the HR & Administration Manager Manage the CEO’s calendar, correspondence, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation. Handle confidential information with discretion. Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Provide administrative support to various departments. Coordinate client communications, documentation, and logistics. Support the planning and execution of training, workshops, and events. Maintain accurate records, databases, and follow-up systems. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 2+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer. Member of the Zambia Institute of Secretaries (ZIS). Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools. High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
