Get hands-on experience in cutting-edge engineering with experienced mentorship.Zambia job market Assist in maintenance, repairs, and installations under supervision. Support fabrication, automation systems, instrumentation calibration, or motor diagnostics. Participate in projects involving mechanical/electrical systems. Grade 12 certificate with minimum 5 ‘O’ Levels including Mathematics, English, Science. Diploma/skills certificate (2022-2026 graduates preferred). Passion for technical trades; no prior experience required. Physically fit; able to work shifts in industrial environment. Competitive stipend and benefits. Professional certification support.
