Lead, coach, and motivate the spa team to achieve excellent service standards. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns. Develop staff schedules and oversee daily operations. Monitor inventory and order spa products and supplies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Drive revenue through promotions, memberships, and retail product sales. Prepare operational reports and manage the spa budget. Maintain a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for all guests. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Spa Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within a spa, wellness centre, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Good business acumen with the ability to achieve sales and operational targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with spa booking systems is an added advantage. Professional appearance with a passion for wellness and guest satisfaction.
