EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES The National Assembly of Zambia invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions: SENIOR CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT, RESEARCH AND TRAINING OFFICER (x1) a. Main Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate development of curricula, delivery of training programmes, and applied research activities to support the mandate of the Institute for Parliamentary Studies & Training. Coordinate development, review, and updating of training curricula and learning materials; Coordinate planning and delivery of training and professional development programmes; Oversee applied research activities, studies, and publication of knowledge products; Ensure integration of research findings into training programmes and learning resources; Coordinate engagement of facilitators, researchers, and subject-matter experts; Prepare technical reports and briefs on curriculum, training, and research activities; and Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor. b. Qualifications and Experience Grade Twelve (12) Certificate; Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Law, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field; Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is an added advantage; and At least two (2) years’ experience in curriculum development, training, or research, preferably in a public sector or governance environment.
