Core Responsibilities Provide decisive leadership in academic excellence, discipline, and school operations. Ensure strict implementation of school policies, safeguarding procedures, and performance systems. Lead the school’s technical management system: standards, reporting, quality assurance, and improvement cycles. Manage staff performance, mentoring, appraisal, and professional development. Deliver clear operational accountability: attendance, learners’ welfare, learning standards, and reporting, Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Five (5) O-Levels. Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching (or equivalent). Master’s Degree will be an added advantage. Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ). Computer literate (must demonstrate operational ICT competence). Familiarity with ECZ and Cambridge assessment systems. Ten (10) years’ experience at Senior Management Level (required).
