SALES EXECUTIVE (02)
Department: Commercial OperationsReports to: Business Development SupervisorLocation: Lusaka, Zambia (With occasional in-Country travel)Job Type: Full-time
Role Summary
To identify, engage, and onboard schools onto the SchoolPay platform, while building strong relationships with school stakeholders and supporting user adoption to drive growth in usage and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and onboard schools while managing a robust sales pipeline and closing agreements.
Train and support school staff to ensure effective use of the SchoolPay platform.
Drive platform usage by monitoring engagement, following up on underperforming schools, and promoting new features.
Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, education officials, and communities to support adoption and retention.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, ICT, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, edtech, telecom, or financial services.
Fluency in English and Local Zambian languages.
