Remain stationed full-time at the project base in Kaoma, Western Province, to handle daily communication and resolve issues promptly. Translate construction safety protocols, daily tool-kit briefings, operational tasks, and engineering requirements directly on-site. Assist in handling basic site administrative documentation and data logging using general office software tools. Act as a crucial intermediary to manage local worker relations, resolve cultural or linguistic misunderstandings, and facilitate smooth teamwork. Perform additional site-support or logistical administrative tasks assigned by the project director. Requirements & Qualifications Mandatory proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) equivalent to HSK Level 4 or HSK Level 5 (certified or demonstrated fluent communication). Strong verbal translation and practical dialogue comprehension skills to facilitate seamless site operations. Basic computer literacy with elementary proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) for basic report entries. Adaptability to a full-time residential site model in Kaoma, Western Province; resilient and comfortable with construction campsite environments. Excellent interpersonal coordination and communication skills; cooperative attitude when interacting with both local personnel and Chinese engineering supervisors.
