Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate Call Centre Agents to achieve individual and team targets. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews. Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and procedures. Monitor calls and promote excellent customer service. Prepare reports and analyze team performance to drive improvement. Manage daily operations, schedules, and team activities. Identify training needs and support continuous learning and development.
