Our client is looking for a performance driven Regional Sales Coordinator to lead sales, distribution, and market growth within the Northern Province region. ROLE PURPOSE Coordinate and grow regional sales for our client’s Pay-TV products by managing and supporting Direct Sales Agents, reaching more customers, and achieving regional sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare sales forecasts Achieve sales targets for the assigned region Analyze sales and market trends to optimize performance Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national sales goals Identify new market opportunities and expansion within the assigned territory Expand distribution networks and product availability Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions Ensure effective product placement and visibility Appoint and manage distributors Ensure timely stock replenishment and maintain healthy inventory levels Recruit, train, and supervise sales teams and promoters Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field Degree in Marketing or Business Studies will be an added advantage Candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Pay-TV industry will be preferred APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Interested candidates should submitt their Application letter, Updated CV, Copies of academic qualifications & NRC to the following email: jshrconsultingservices@gmail.com Applicants must clearly indicate their salary expectations in the application.
