The Role: PHP All Rounder Customer Service
CORE PURPOSE OF JOB
To support the Cinema Supervisor in the profitable and effective operation of the cinema. Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed correctly relating to operations, stock and marketing. Ensure that customers are consistently provided with the highest standard of service.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Shift Staff to work in our front-of-house and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding our brand standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
A movie theatre customer service personnel, duties may include answering showtime inquiries, enforcing cinema policies, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Job Responsibilities
Drive customer engagement and product utilization to maximize value and satisfaction.
Act as the customer advocate by providing feedback to internal teams on product improvements.
Delivered exceptional customer service to patrons daily, swiftly resolving ticket inquiries, assist customers with theatre seats and policies.
Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions regarding showtimes, movie ratings, and cinema amenities.
Collaborate with floor staff and management to handle long queues efficiently during busy blockbuster releases.
Experience & Education:
1–3 years of experience in customer success, or client-facing roles (preferably in retail, events, or service-based industries).
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
A Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public relations, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any related field.
Relevant experience in hospitality industry service will be advantageous.
Demonstrated success in team leadership and customer service excellence
Preferably a female candidate
