ZAMBIA NATIONAL BUILDING SOCIETY (ZNBS) EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Zambia National Building Society seeks to externally recruit a qualified, skilled, motivated, and energetic individual to fill the Network Engineer position under the ICT Directorate. NETWORK ENGINEER Grade: ZNBS 6 Job Purpose To manage ZNBS computer network connections to ensure high levels of availability and security of the supported business applications. Duties and Responsibilities Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members. Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant Technologies, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders. Analyse performance information for audit and maintenance purposes so that network services and peripherals are efficiently and cost effectively provided. Provide day to day support of the business systems to ensure effective IT Security on Networks. Establish a sound IT Network Infrastructure management approach. Build resilience in the Network. Qualifications and Experience Grade Twelve (12) certificate. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field. Certification in CCNA, A+, Network+, Network Certified, MCSA, TOGAF, ITILv4, COBIT 5 or Security+. Three (3) years’ relevant work experience. ICTAZ Membership.
