MARKETING OFFICER Congress Network Zambia Limited (CNZ) is a leading provider of conference, event management, AV, interpretation and related professional services. We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer to support our marketing and communications efforts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote CNZ services and events. Manage CNZ’s digital presence including website, social media and email marketing. Create engaging content, including graphics, brochures, proposals and presentations. Support business development activities and proposal writing. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Plan, coordinate and promote events, exhibitions and conferences. Measure and report on marketing performance and ROI. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in events, hospitality, conferences or professional services. Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management and content creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus). Creative, organized and able to work independently.
