We’re focused on finding innovative, effective ways to reduce the cost of housing while delivering high-standard developments, from serviced plots to full residential communities in secure, gated estates across the greater Lusaka area, including Foxdale, Waterfalls, Makeni, and our upcoming 2024 development between Ibex Hill and Kabulonga. After a slower few years, Greenview is entering a new growth phase — expanding our property portfolio and reinvesting in how we reach and serve our clients. This role sits right at the center of that push. The Role We’re looking for a Marketing & Client Relations Officer to help drive the marketing of our properties and strengthen how we communicate with clients, from first enquiry through to after-sales support. You’ll be a key part of Greenview’s growth, helping more people discover and confidently invest in our developments. What You’ll Do Plan and run marketing campaigns (digital and on-the-ground) to promote current and upcoming property listings Manage and grow Greenview’s social media presence and website content Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, across phone, email, and social channels Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout their buying/leasing journey Coordinate marketing materials, brochures, listing sheets, signage, photos/video of properties Track leads and enquiries, following up to convert interest into sales Support site visits and open days for prospective buyers/tenants Gather client feedback and help improve the overall client experience What We’re Looking For Experience in marketing, communications, sales, or client relations (real estate experience is an advantage but not required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client relationships at once A people person, someone who genuinely enjoys helping clients feel informed and looked after Based in or able to work from Lusaka Why Join Greenview Be part of a company entering an active growth chapter, with real ownership over how that growth is shaped Work directly with the Director and a small, close-knit team Contribute to a mission that matters, making quality housing more accessible in Zambia How to Apply Send your CV and a short cover note to greenviewzambiajobs@gmail.com We’d love to hear how you’d approach getting more people through our doors, tell us in your application.
