Life Guards (One Male, One Female) Qualifications Valid Lifeguard Certification (CPR/AED and First Aid). Strong swimming and rescue skills. Good communication and friendly attitude. Ability to stay calm in stressful moments. Ability to work long hours. Requirements of the Job include: Watch the pool area to keep swimmers safe during all swimming lessons. Stop unsafe acts and rules breaking quickly. Help people and give first aid or CPR in an emergency. Keep the pool deck clean and safe. Test pool water quality as needed.
