Kitchen Supervisor

Contract Type: Contract Based Commencement Date: June 1, 2026 Educore Services is seeking suitably qualified, motivated and dedicated individuals to fill the roles detailed below in the kitchen at either Sentinal Kabitaka or Trident College. The successful candidates will be based at Sentinel Kabitaka or Trident College Boarding and will directly contribute to all areas of cooking and support all designated tasks. These are full-time positions, and the appointee should be ready to commence as early as 1st June 2026. Commencement date: ideally by 1st June 2026. Responsibilities: Overseeing daily kitchen operations and staff coordination Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies Assist Cooks and Kitchen assistants during peak periods Oversee upcoming events and execution thereof Quality and presentation of meals need to be met   Qualifications & Experience Grade 12 Certificate Certificate or Diploma in Food Production or Health and Safety Supervisory experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety Able to work under pressure   All staff working in the kitchen need to have a valid food handlers’ certificate at time of appointment.
