What You’ll Do Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications. Ensure security, backups, and system updates. Document issues and solutions effectively. Deliver excellent customer service at all times. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field. Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking. Familiarity with IT support tools and remote access. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Customer-focused and service-oriented.
