ABOUT US Luanshya Agro Supplies Ltd is a growing company in the agricultural and supply sector, with a workforce of over 50 employees. We are committed to operational excellence and are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Officer to support and strengthen our HR function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain and manage employee records and personnel files• Prepare and administer employment contracts and HR documentation• Manage leave, attendance, and staff schedules• Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters• Ensure compliance with Zambian labour laws and company policies• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation• Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures REQUIREMENTS • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in an HR role• Knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices• Strong organizational and administrative skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications• Good communication and interpersonal skills• High level of confidentiality and professionalism• Experience handling HR functions for a workforce of 50+ employees is an added advantage This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven individual to grow with a developing organization and contribute to building structured HR systems.
