Head of School

VACANCY: HEAD OF SCHOOL (K–12) Ndola Trust School Limited, an established private primary and secondary school in Copperbelt Province, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced education professionals for the position of Principal/Head of School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and instructional leadership, overseeing the school’s academic and administrative operations, managing staff and resources, ensuring compliance with education standards, and maintaining effective relationships with learners, parents, regulators and other stakeholders. Key Requirements The applicant must have a Grade 12 School Certificate with at least 5 credits, including English, a Degree in Secondary Education or a related teaching field, and a Master’s degree in Educational Management, Leadership, Administration or a related field, valid Teaching Council of Zambia registration and a practising licence, together with at least eight years of teaching experience, including five years in a senior educational leadership position. Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning and management skills are required. A PhD in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
