CFAO Mobility Zambia Limited Vacancies Fleet Vehicle Manager Location: LusakaReports To: Human Resource, ANZEN and Communications Manager Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company fleet across all branches, ensuring accurate records and optimal utilization. Oversee vehicle allocation, transfers, and compliance with company policies. Administer and control fuel cards, monitor usage, and investigate anomalies. Track vehicle mileage, usage trends, and prepare monthly performance reports. Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance to minimize downtime. Conduct regular fleet audits, inspections, and spot checks. Ensure compliance with licensing, insurance, and road safety regulations. Manage driver records, licence verification, and promote safe driving practices. Handle accident reporting, investigations, and liaise with insurers and service providers. Analyse fleet data to drive cost efficiency, improve performance, and support decision-making. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Transport & Logistics, Fleet Management, Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ experience in fleet management or transport administration. Experience in fleet management systems, fleet monitoring, and vehicle maintenance coordination. Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and integrity. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Basic technical knowledge of vehicles.
