ICHEETAH LOGTECH ZAMBIA LIMITED Unit 4, Mudzi House, Plot No. 189, Corner of Kanyanta Avenue & President Avenue, Parklands, Kitwe JOB TITLE: FLEET SUPERVISOR JOB LOCATION: KITWE COMPANY: ICHEETAH LOGTECH ZAMBIA LIMITED JOB DESCRIPTION: Supervise daily deployment and movement of company vehicles. · Monitor drivers’ attendance, performance, discipline and compliance with company procedures. · Monitor vehicle tracking, routes, mileage and vehicle utilisation. · Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections and preventive maintenance with the workshop. · Monitor fuel allocation and consumption and report unusual usage. · Ensure vehicles have valid licences, insurance, fitness and other required documents. · Conduct and monitor pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. · Coordinate response to vehicle breakdowns, accidents and other fleet incidents. · Maintain accurate vehicle, driver, fuel, maintenance and inspection records. · Prepare regular fleet performance and operational reports. · Promote safe driving, proper vehicle care and compliance with transport regulations. · Report fleet-related problems, losses, misuse or operational delays to management. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Transport and Logistics,Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any related field. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations is preferred Female candidates are encourged to apply.
