DIRECTOR – FINANCE AND CORPORATE SERVICES (1 POSITION)
Summary Job Profile
The job holder shall provide strategic leadership to the Finance Directorate through the formulation and implementation of financial and accounting policies, systems, and strategies. The role ensures the availability of accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making by the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Senior Management.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Business Planning and Review: Lead financial strategy, planning, and budgeting aligned to organisational goals.
Financial Reporting, Management and Controls: Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective budget performance monitoring.
Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, debt, and investments to optimize financial efficiency and returns.
Capital Financing: Advise on funding strategies and manage capital structure and investor relationships.
Asset Management: Oversee asset control, acquisition, and disposal in line with organisational policies.
Secretarial Duties: Provide Board support, ensure statutory compliance, and promote good corporate governance.
Minimum Academic / Professional Qualifications
Full Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or a full professional qualification ACCA, CIMA, or CA Zambia
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
Membership of ZICA
Clearance of academic and professional qualifications by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZQA)
Relevant Experience
Minimum of eight (8) years post-qualification experience
Proven experience at senior management in a reputable organisation

Strong strategic planning, leadership, and analytical capabilities with high integrity and a results-driven mindset, complemented by effective team leadership, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to quality, organisational goals, and staff development.
