KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver food, parcels and customer orders safely and on time. Handle customer orders responsibly and ensure they reach the correct customer. Follow delivery instructions and company procedures at all times. Promote Kalulu Delivery’s services. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Communicate effectively with customers and the Kalulu Delivery team. REQUIREMENTS Must be able to ride a bicycle or motorbike. Good knowledge of Mufulira and surrounding areas. Self-motivated and target-driven. Able to work independently and take initiative responsibly. Honest, reliable and presentable. Good communication skills. Must have a smartphone. Valid licence (for motorbike riders). NOTE Bicycle Riders: May use their own bicycle or bicycles provided by Kalulu Delivery. Motorbike Riders: Must provide their own motorbike, a valid riding licence and the necessary documentation that may be required. This is a commission-based position.
