Credit Controller

Job Description: We are Recruiting! Our client, in the Insurance Industry, is seeking a Credit Controller to join their team in Lusaka. Role Overview We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced professional to join our client’s team as a Credit Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing premium collections, maintaining accurate client accounts, and ensuring effective credit control processes are in place. Key Responsibilities Collect premiums from clients and ensure timely receipting. Accurately allocate and reconcile payments against client accounts. Issue premium reminders and generate client statements regularly. Monitor outstanding premiums and maintain an up-to-date aged receivables report. Build and maintain professional client relationships while ensuring adherence to payment obligations. Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Grade 12 pass Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience (insurance industry experience is an added advantage). Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
