WE ARE HIRING | CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE About the Opportunity Richmond Finance Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia. Location Lusaka, Zambia Key Requirements Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Experience Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a client-facing role within the financial services sector. Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of: Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations Data protection requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with CRM and Loan Management Systems (LMS) will be an added advantage. What We’re Looking For Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail.
