Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ZICA Technician, Licentiate, or equivalent professional qualification. Paid-up ZICA membership. Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with high integrity. Key Responsibilities Assist with financial reporting, accounting records, bank reconciliations, payroll support, budgeting, audit preparations, and other accounting duties as assigned.
