The funding is being implemented through complementary projects, namely Response Preparedness 3 (RP3), Chronic Crisis, and Tree Planting. The Response Preparedness 3 (RP3) is a project implemented by Zambia Red Cross Society (ZRCS) through the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NL MoFA)- Netherlands Red Cross Partnership. The project aims to strengthen the capacity of communities, local authorities, and the Zambia Red Cross Society to anticipate, prepare for, and respond effectively to disasters and emergencies.
