Senior Project Lead | Right Home Technology Solutions Ltd Lusaka, Zambia | Full-Time, Permanent | Hybrid About Right Home Right Home Technology Solutions Ltd is an early-stage property technology company building Zambia’s first dedicated digital marketplace for home buying and letting. Our platform will connect consumers, landlords and estate agents across the country. The product is in development, and we are assembling the core team to take it from idea to launch.The Role Reporting to the Founder, you will be the operational engine of the platform build, owning delivery from vendor management through to go-to-market. You will have significant autonomy over day-to-day execution. Your responsibilities will include:Owning the project plan, milestones and timeline for the web platform, mobile app and agent portalManaging the IT build partner and other contractors, holding them to scope, quality and deadlinesCoordinating between the Founder, technical teams, estate agent partners and external stakeholdersIdentifying delivery risks early and proposing solutionsDesigning and running the onboarding programme for Zambian estate agents, including licensing agreementsMonitoring Zambia’s property and technology market to inform product and business prioritiesTracking the project budget and supporting milestone-based vendor paymentsMentoring and overseeing the Associate Project LeadProviding regular progress reports to the FounderQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering or a related field4-6+ years’ professional experience, including at least 2 years in a project lead, programme management or senior operations roleProven experience managing technology builds or digital product launchesZambian national or legally permitted to work in ZambiaWhat We Are Looking ForStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at onceExcellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to handle vendor negotiations and stakeholder reportingSomeone comfortable in an early-stage environment where not everything is defined, and who builds the structureAdvantageous: PropTech, real estate, marketplace or financial services experience; agile/scrum exposure (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar); a network in Zambia’s business, real estate or tech sectors; startup experience; familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms such as Bubble.io.What We OfferCompetitive salary of ZMW 12,000 - 18,000 per month, commensurate with experiencePerformance bonus tied to platform launch milestonesDirect access to the Founder and real influence on company strategyFlexible hybrid working in LusakaA pathway to permanent leadership as the company growsThe chance to help build a platform that will reshape how Zambians find and transact propertyEqual Opportunity We actively encourage women to apply, as well as young professionals and candidates from diverse backgrounds.
