Job OverviewWe are seeking 4 dynamic Sales Specialists to manage wholesale clients, build strategic relationships, and drive business growth across the Copperbelt market.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect client orders from wholesale channels and build long-term client relationships.Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and overall market dynamics in real time.Conduct regular client visits to track inventory, business status, and sales performance.Identify client order requirements and ensure timely fulfillment and follow-up.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of sales experience in a large local FMCG company in Zambia.Strong understanding of the Copperbelt market with established local client resources and relationships.Target driven with exceptional communication, networking and negotiation skills.
