JOB ADVERTISEMENT - SENIOR ACCOUNTANT SDLG INVESTMENTS LIMITED COMPANYLocation: Lusaka, ZambiaDepartment: Finance & AccountsReports to: Finance ManagerEmployment Type: Full-TimeABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to oversee our financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise daily finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger,Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reportsEnsure compliance with ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA and other statutory requirements.Manage and mentor junior finance staff.Coordinate internal and external auditsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Grade 12 School Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional qualification - ZICA, ACCA, CIMA (Level II completed or full)Minimum 5-Above years experience in finance, with at least 1 year in supervisory role, must be a member of ZICAStrong knowledge of accounting software (Pastel, QuickBooks, SAP, or SAGE), Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.Very conversant with all ZRA related issuesSKILLS & COMPETENCIES :Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, High integrity and attention to detail, Strong leadership and team management skills, Good knowledge of Zambian tax laws and Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.HOW TO APPLY:Interested candidates should send their CV, Cover Letter, and copies of qualifications to:Email: [hrgbigroup2015@gmail.com]Deadline: 24th October, 2026 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
