You own HR operations for Zambia, making sure our people practices support the needs of Unifi Zambia and Unifi as a whole through building strong teams, supporting managers and creating an environment where people can thrive and Unifi grows.  This is a hands on HR manager role.Responsibilities Drive, develop and deliver the Zambian HR plan with the country leadership team, aligned to Unifi’s needs and prioritiesProvide managers with practical guidance and support on HR mattersConnect with the wider Unifi HR community to drive initiatives in Zambia, such as performance management, engagement and wellnessMonitor HR systems and processes across the employee journey and ensure they are consistently followed by your HR team and managersEnsure employee records, HR systems and payroll information are accurate and up to dateBe curious and speak up when something is not working. Look for ways to make HR processes simpler, better and more effective Ensure HR practices are aligned with local legislation and the Unifi WayManage the performance and growth of the HR team in Zambia, setting clear expectations and maintaining a high standard of deliverySupport Unifi Way initiatives that strengthen our culture and help attract and keep the right peopleUse HR data to spot trends and risks, understand what needs attention and recommend practical actions to the leadership teamBe the voice of Zambia HR in business and group discussionProvide accurate and relevant HR reporting to support business decisionsBe the custodian of the Unifi CultureHelp make Unifi a place where great people want to join, grow and thriveRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.Registered with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management5+ years’ HR management experience, ideally in a fast-paced environmentConfident supporting and challenging managers when needed, using sound judgement and a practical approach.A clear, direct and respectful communicator.Able to build strong relationships, earn trust and work effectively across teams and countries.Organised and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.Resilient, resourceful and hands-on, with a “let’s get it done” attitude.Passionate about helping people perform, grow and thrive in their roles.Curious and always looking for better ways to improve how we work and the experience of our community members.Willing and able to travel across Zambia when needed.TO APPLY PLEASE GO TO following this link - https://unifi.credit/opportunity/?job_id=206140
