General Manager – Bicycle & Motorbike Rental Business

Salary: Competitive, based on experience, plus performance incentives tied to business growthAbout UsMofrit Enterprises Ltd is a growing bike rental and rent-to-own business, and a registered delivery partner, supplying bicycles and motorbikes to riders who earn an income doing delivery work. As we expand our fleet and rider network, we're looking for an experienced General Manager to take full ownership of the business.The RoleYou'll be responsible for running and growing the business end to end, the fleet, the finances, and the people. This is a hands-on leadership role, not just a supporting function. Because growing the fleet is central to Mofrit, part of your earnings will be tied directly to the growth and performance you deliver.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the growth of the bike fleet — planning expansion, tracking performance and returns on each bike, and identifying new opportunities.Manage the business's payables and receivables, including rider payments, supplier costs, and overall cash flow.Oversee recruitment for the business, including managing and evaluating the performance of commission-based field recruitment agents.Build and maintain relationships with riders, agents, and partners, ensuring the business runs smoothly day to day.Take ownership of business reporting and record-keeping, and use this to guide decisions.Represent the business in its wider partnerships and identify opportunities to grow revenue and efficiency.RequirementsProven experience in operations, business, or general management — ideally in SME, logistics, transport, or a similar hands-on environment.Strong financial literacy — comfortable managing payables, receivables, and cash flow without close supervision.Experience managing or recruiting staff or agents, including performance-based teams.Strong organizational and reporting skills, including confident use of Excel/spreadsheets.High integrity and reliability — this role carries real financial and operational responsibility.Valid driving license.Added AdvantageAbility to ride a motorbike. • Prior experience in the delivery, ride-hailing, or gig-economy sector.
