Translate management strategy into clear annual, quarterly and monthly operating plans.Coordinate the seven-person core team and the ten Customer Engagement & Onboarding Representatives.Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities and timelines.Monitor implementation against approved budgets, milestones and KPIs.Lead weekly operational meetings and ensure decisions become assigned actions.Coordinate operational implementation of relationships with NCC, EIZ, TEVETA, Build It International and other partners.Ensure formalisation referrals identified by the field team are properly assessed and progressed through the appropriate pathway.Work closely with the CTO to ensure Phase 2 development responds to actual business and stakeholder requirements.Monitor user acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention and revenue performance.Work with Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success to convert opportunities into measurable results.Monitor operational risks and implement corrective actions.Support recruitment, team development and performance management.
