JOB ADVERT: ALUMINUM FABRICATORCompany: GRABE-MAT ENTERPRISES LIMITED Location: Kaunda Square Stage 2 Market, Lusaka Type: Full-Time Reports to: Chief Executive Officer / Assistant Director Start Date: 7th September 2026About Us:GRABE-MAT ENTERPRISES LIMITED is a Zambian-owned hardware and metal fabrication company established in February 2020. We supply cement, paints, roofing sheets, glass, aluminum profiles, steel and hardware products and we fabricate window frames, door frames, gates, tank stands and grill doors. We are expanding and establishing a new Aluminum Workshop.We are hiring an experienced Aluminum Fabricator to lead our new Aluminum Bay.Key Responsibilities:1. Fabrication and installation of aluminum sliding windows, sliding doors, shop fronts, office partitions, curtain walls2. Accurate measurement, cutting, assembling and finishing of aluminum profiles and glass3. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and client measurements4. Operating aluminum cutting machine and other workshop tools safely5. Ensuring quality, neat finishing and proper sealing6. Maintaining workshop cleanliness, tools and stock records7. Training and supervising General Workers8.
