Heath and Safety Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Health & Safety Supervisor to join our team and ensure a safe, compliant, and healthy working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and implement workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures.Conduct regular workplace inspections and identify potential hazards.Ensure compliance with applicable Health & Safety regulations and company standards.Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee safety training.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions.Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure adherence to safety procedures.Maintain accurate Health & Safety records and prepare relevant reports.Support emergency preparedness, risk assessments, and safety improvement initiatives.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in Health & Safety or a related industrial environment.Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety / Occupational Safety & Health Strong knowledge of workplace Health & Safety practices and regulations.Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and industrial environment.
