Sales and Large Format Machine Operator

Kutwila Media & Marketing Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sales and Large Format Machine Operator to join our high-performance production team in Lusaka.Job DescriptionThe Sales and Large Format Machine Operator will be responsible for running, monitoring, and maintaining large-format digital printing equipment to produce high-quality branding materials. The operator will oversee embroidery client acquisition the end-to-end production process—from artwork preparation to final product finishing—ensuring accuracy, colour consistency, and timely delivery of all print jobs.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate large format print leads and clientsOperate and maintain large format printers (eco-solvent, UV, sublimation, or latex)Prepare, adjust, and optimise print-ready designs using design and RIP softwareLoad and manage different print media (vinyl, PVC banners, canvas, fabric, stickers, etc.)Monitor print output to ensure colour accuracy, sharpness, and consistencyPerform routine cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of printing machinesTroubleshoot machine errors and ensure minimal downtimeCut, laminate, mount, and finish printed materials as requiredEnsure the workspace and machines are kept clean, organised, and operationalMaintain proper documentation of production jobs and media usageWork efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain Kutwila’s high-quality standardsRequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in large-format printing operationsAbility to use design software (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop)Experienced with RIP software (such as FlexiPRINT, ONYX, Photoprint, etc.)Able generate large format print leads and clientsAble to create, edit, and finalise print-ready designsStrong attention to detail and quality controlHonest, sober-minded, and highly self-motivatedAbility to work under little to no supervisionGood communication skills and reliabilityStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesHow to ApplyInterested candidates should send their CV and Qualifications to:📧 info@kutwilamedia.com🗓 Application Deadline: 15 September 202619Become part of Kutwila Media & Marketing Limited and contribute to delivering premium-quality print solutions across Zambia.
