Business Development manager

Business Development manager We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business growth strategy, drive revenue generation, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.- Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B business opportunities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.- Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales process.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored financial solutions for clients.- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans.- Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve departmental objectives.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in B2B sales or business development.- Minimum 3 years' experience within the financial services sector.- Experience in invoice discounting and/or order finance will be a distinct advantage.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general IT skills will be an added advantage.What We Are Looking For :Self-motivated and target-oriented individual.High level of integrity and professionalism.Ability to work effectively under pressure.How to ApplyApplication Deadline: 02/09/2026 (applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the closing date ,interested candidates are therefore encouraged to apply immediately).How to Apply: Please submit your CV and a cover letter to qfsjobs@gmail.com quoting with the subject line " Business Development Manager".
