Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the on-ground HR backbone supporting rapid site growth and operational expansion.Responsibilities:Partner with site leadership to execute workforce and people strategies aligned with business growthSupport workforce planning, staffing coordination, and organizational scalability initiativesDrive employee retention, engagement, and workforce stability initiativesAct as a trusted HR partner for employees and leadershipSupport employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiativesEnsure full compliance with Zambian labour laws, company policies, and HR best practicesMaintain accurate HR records and documentationSupport audits, reporting, and compliance monitoring to ensure zero penalties or non-compliance risksMonitor and support HR-related budget adherence and cost optimization initiativesAssist with HR reporting, workforce metrics, and operational analysisIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency within HR operations and processesDrive HR process digitization and automation initiativesSupport the implementation of modern HR systems and workflowsImprove operational efficiency through technology and streamlined HR practicesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldPrevious experience in HR Business Partnering, People Operations, or HR Generalist rolesStrong understanding of Zambian labour laws and HR compliance requirementsExperience supporting workforce planning and employee engagement initiativesStrong administrative, organizational, and reporting skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems/tools
