TRAINEE ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Qualification in accounting at a technical level with at least Three years work experienceAssist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.Process invoices, receipts, payments, and financial transactions.Support accounts payable, receivable, cashbook, and petty cash functions.Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations.Assist with stock control, inventory records, stock movements, and stock reconciliations.Maintain accurate financial and inventory records.Support monthly reports, audits, VAT/tax requirements, and month-end procedures.Use Excel and accounting software to manage financial and stock data.Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company procedures.Provide general support to the Accountant/Finance Manager.
