Contracts Manager

We are seeking to hire suitably qualified and experienced professionals to join our Road Construction Project team.Manage and administer all construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.Monitor contractual compliance, obligations, deliverables, and timelines.Review and manage variations, extensions of time, claims, and compensation events.Prepare, review, and negotiate contractual correspondence with the client, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.Maintain accurate contract records, registers, and documentation.Monitor project progress against contractual milestones and payment terms.Assess contractor payment applications, invoices, and supporting documentation.Identify contractual risks and advise project management on potential claims and liabilities.Support dispute resolution and ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.Work closely with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Engineers, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure effective contract administration.HOW TO APPLYInterested and suitably qualified candidates should submit their CV and supporting academic/professional documents to: civilconstructionzambia@gmail.comSubject: Application – [Position Applied For]Only suitably qualified candidates will be considered.
