Accountant / Finance

Key Responsibilities• Handle daily accounting and financial transactions• Be familiar with and independently operate the ZRA tax system• Handle VAT, PAYE, WHT and other tax-related matters• Prepare and maintain employee contracts and personnel records• Calculate monthly payroll, salaries and related deductions• Handle statutory employee-related contributions and compliance• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accounting records• Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting documents• Assist with audits and other finance/administrative mattersRequirements• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field preferred• Relevant accounting or finance working experience• Good knowledge of the ZRA tax system and Zambian taxation procedures• Experience in payroll calculation and employee contract administration• Good Microsoft Excel skills• Responsible, honest, detail-oriented and able to work independentlySalary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
