We are seeking to employee a Chinese ChefKEY DUTIES:l Strong experience in Chinese cuisine including all varieties of noodles and ricel Deep knowledge of every aspect of Chinese dishesl Proficient with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipmentl Procure all food stuffl Ensuring cooked food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.l Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.l Overseeing all kitchen operations.l Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.l Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.l Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.l Keeping up to date with industry trends.l Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.l Ensuring that the kitchen is clean at all timesl Follows proper safety, hygiene and sanitation practices; andl Any other duties assigned REQUIRED EXPERIENCEØ 1 Year work experience with traceable referencesØ General Hospitality or Food production Certification from a recognized institution is an added advantageTO APPLYCandidates who meet the above specifications should apply enclosing their detailed CV together with copies of educational and professional qualifications and email address and send them to hr.africapanorama@gmail.com & cc by Friday, 22nd August, 2026 at 17 hours.
