Direct Sales Driver

We are seeking energetic, self-driven, customer-focused and results-oriented individuals to join our Sales Team as Direct Sales Drivers based on the Copperbelt.The Direct Sales Driver will be responsible for driving assigned sales routes, selling and delivering company products directly to customers, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.This is a commission-based sales role with a fixed basic pay component, providing an opportunity to earn additional income based on sales performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive assigned sales routes and ensure consistent customer coverage.Sell and distribute company products directly to customers.Develop, maintain and grow a strong customer base within the assigned territory.Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.Handle cash sales and ensure accurate collection and safekeeping of cash.Balance sales, cash and stock at the end of each working day.Accurately record sales, stock movement and customer transactions.Use the company Sales App to capture and report sales activities.Provide excellent customer service and represent the company and its brands professionally.Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand the customer base.Report sales performance and route activities as required.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 Certificate.Valid Driver’s Licence, preferably with manual driving experience.Minimum 2 years’ sales experience.Previous experience using a Sales App is a MUST.FMCG sales experience will be an added advantage.Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage assigned routes.Honest, reliable, energetic and results-driven.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Important – Copperbelt ResidencyApplicants must be current residents of the Copperbelt Province and should be familiar with the local area and routes.Please note: The company will not provide relocation or resettlement costs for this position.What We OfferFixed basic salary.Commission-based earning opportunity.A performance-driven sales environment.Opportunity to grow and develop within the Sales Team.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their CV and copies of relevant qualifications to HR@java-foods.com Please clearly indicate “Direct Sales Driver – Copperbelt” as the subject of your application.
